Customer support is fantabulous! We purchased an adjustable bed. The salesman assured us it would fit our existing bed frame. When it was delivered, the delivery men said that it wouldn't fit. We were beyond disappointed. I was prepared to have to call the next day, and have to beg for a refund, or to work something out. To my pleasant surprise, at 9:30 am ( before opening hours) the customer service manager called to say that their "troubleshooter" thought that he could make it work, and that he would make an appointment later to come take a look. By 5:35 pm, we were enjoying our new bed! Now that's customer service. I have been very pleased with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
