Ratty rooms and furniture. Stains on curtains, walls, and sheets. The bathtub had grease stains in it and looked as if it had never been scrubbed. The furniture was all scratched up and had duct tape on pieces at the floor. The TV remote doesn't work properly and have to manually work volume. If this hotel has the highest rated reviews at this exit, drive on to another exit!!
BEDBUGS!! BEDBUGS!! BEDBUGS!!!!!My family and I were traveling from Texas to Georgia. We stayed here last night to rest. We were very tired , as soon as we lay in the bed. My mom notices BEDBUGS!!!! Very disgusting! We got all our belongings so quickly and out the door ! Refund of course. The lady in the lobby did not seem surprised lol very happy we didn’t stay but 5 mins in that hotel. I noticed in the reviews someone else experience getting bit by bugs not too long ago. Be careful and check your surroundings. You get what you pay for .
This was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I did feel like we were being harrassed by staff, because they knocked on our door three times the morning of checkout prior to checkout time to remind us about checkout.
We had three rooms at this hotel and all three of us said this was a top notch hotel. Everything was so clean and that is always number one priority for us when we travel. The manager and front desk receptionist were both so friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a delightful breakfast. We can recommend this hotel as a keeper and will stay there again when we are in the area. We give it an A+
I also found a very disgusting towel that was in the corner near the clean towels . I don’t know what it was but very nasty.
wasn't bad at first. it got worse when I woke up an had bites on my legs an a couple on my arms. I didn't reliaze or know to check for bed bugs I've never experience this in my life until now. and to say the least now I have the problem at home now. I'm not very happy at all
