There was hardly any breakfast and we went down early (7am) to eat but the lady fixing food and cleaning that area up was very nice and friendly. Also noticed that there was bedding all down the halls on the floor when we went back down to check out after breakfast.
This hotel was decent. We chose it mainly because we were traveling with our dog. The floor in the lobby was dirty, but the room was clean.
Room was very nice, clean. Walls are a bit thin, floor boards creak (heard the person above me walking around all night). Hallway floors were quite filthy (I'm assuming due to being the pet hallway?) Towels had a peculiar odor.
The next morning, one young lady had an attitude when we were trying to explain that the wrong card was charged and that another card was also charged.
Hotel was clean, begging was beautiful and updated. Lobby area was also beautiful and clean. They had one of the best breakfasts I have seen at ala Quinta, including several hot breakfast items in addition to the traditional cereals, fruit, yogurt, waffles and pastries. They also had half and half and French vanilla creamer available for the coffee, not just the packets of dry creamer. The cleaning staff was very nice too, as we arrived a little before our room was completely ready and they brought us extra towels. Would stay here again.
Checked in late, gentleman at the desk was pretty rude, apparently I interrupted his chat with a lady driving around the shuttle. Like a previous review here, he didn't give me a price or give me any information besides when breakfast started. Didn't know how much it cost until I got my receipt when I checked out.
Very nice accommodations and they were very welcoming of my pets. The front desk receptionist was especially nice and worked hard to make sure several guests were taken care of at once, all with really great service.
Rooms were great! Neat and clean, had a good nights rest but check- in hotel staff was rude and disconnected. Checked in late, little to no info other than breakfast time, after we already stated breakfast was from 6-10am.
Anyways, right off I-20. Great for a night's rest with pets. But not recommend for extended stays.
Stayed here because I was travelling with my dogs. Other places charged per pet. Here, up to two pets no charge.
