Very clean rooms with 42inch Samsung TV. They have the best rates of any Best Western in the Jackson area. Very friendly staff even the owner is a nice guy. He lives on the premises. You can't go wrong with staying in this place.
Seems fine to me to stay there but others might not like it. For me the staff seem nice and act professional, breakfast food is a bit limited selection wise. The kill joy for me was the closing of the pool to early for winter when the temperature was still quite hot. I would of given it 4 stars if the pool was open.
Drive up was attractive. At first we were confused about whether we were at the correct location, however the receptionist at the front desk quickly put us at ease. The orange juice was great. I have found some of the best westerns seem to add water to the orange juice. This one did not and the juice was really good. I would go back. The check out staff was particularly helpful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a good selection.
This place is a DUMP. the manager is a total con artist. We were moved from our first room to another room due to filthy bedding. Then the next room had a worm and roaches in it. The manager finally returns from work after being absent from work all day and try’s to say that we brought them in the room because “we do not have these type of Bugs in Mississippi.” He was totally unprofessional and I believe he was under the influence of a controlled substance. NEVER WAIST YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT THE BEST WESTERN AIRPORT INN PEARL, MS.
