Great place for anything you may need for all out door activities. Good parking and friendly staff. Family place with lots to look at so be prepared to spend hours vice quick in & out.
Probably would have gave a 5 star review but the staff that try to get you to sign up for a drawing or some kind of vacation junk really work my nerves. Even on your second lap around the store, they ask you again. Id much rather be asked if they can hell find something. Also the cashier we got was slower than Christmas on molasses that day. It was almost as if she enjoyed delaying everyone. Store and bathroom was clean as expected. Overall good experience just a few aggravating things.
We had a nice experience while picking up a Horizon Smoker. Although the young lady at the customer service desk wasn't very friendly, she seemed annoyed to be there. I would rethink my career if I wasn't happy doing it. The men at the loading dock were very nice and helpful.
We shop here often for clothing as well as sporting goods. If you pay with debit or credit card, it better match your the name on your photo identity. I really appreciate that.
This review isn’t for the store but for the restaurant. It was close to opening time and there was another family standing at the door so I went in. There were 2 girls standing at the bar talking to each other while we waited. One of the girls proceeded to screech at us that they didn’t open until 11:00, in a very rude manner. At the time this girl started yelling at us it was 10:56, I guess 4 minutes makes a Hugh difference to them. I went ahead and left because I figured the service to come after they opened would probably be as bad as what I had already received. I have been to BPS all over the US and like to eat at the restaurant but I won’t go back to this one.
