5/23 After working with local management further, all of my money was returned today that was over charged. The problem ended up being the way their system charges credit cards since this was not a net account. This is a perfect example of how Corporate America has lost touch with reality in my eyes. There was a problem with billing, and everybody seemed to think somebody else is handling an issue because employees at the local level are not allowed to handle certain things. The personal customer service is lost once it leaves the local level. Then you have people in other states as in this case handling a problem and not communicating back with the local level. End result is you get a ticked off customer that cant seem to get answers because corporate doesn't see fit to communicate with others. I believe if it was their money that was tied up like this, maybe they would have reacted a little better. Instead I felt like since it was my money and not theirs tied up, they just didn't give a crap. I am giving a 3 star simply because The guys at the local level were good to work with and help resolve this problem as quick as they could. I feel like they deserved some credit for that.
Horrible to do business with. I had a weekly rental on a lift. They charged my card the day the rental was dropped off, again 2 days later, then hit it again on the same rental for another $1200. I was told the rental would be $550 for the week. So far I have been charged a total of $2901. It took a month to get $840 of that back now they cant seem to credit the rest of it a month after that. To top it off no-one can seem to give me an itemized copy of the actual invoice. Management has been no help what so ever. I have been told they would get back with me several times and I never hear anything from them. Horrible customer service.
