It was really hot, and we lost...that's not your fault, but I won't be back.
AA league team for the Braves. This is one of our favorite activities during the summer. The stadium is very nice for a minor league team.
On top of that you don't care about the horrendous parking experience we have. There are many many gates, but all blocked off, and everyone has to enter and exit ONE gate. Pretty ridiculous. Leaving was a nightmare. If you're going to make us leave out of one gate, how about a traffic cop there and at the access roads to give us a break??
I was very disappointed in the July 3, 2017 event. Heavy radio advertising bragged on double fireworks event, which was the main lure for getting us there. It was truly less than spectacular. It was very short, and the quality of fireworks were lacking. Definitely not a double show, not even as large as previous firework events. (Take a lesson from EMPIRE!!)
Fun, friendly environment. I have gone several times with friends. I personally am not a huge baseball fan but the fact they serve a decent selection of beer makes it better.
Really nice park. The park is really nice and there is not a bad seat in the place. There is always something going on during the game and the concession prices aren't too out of reach, especially on thirsty Thursdays where you can get any fountain drink or draft beer for $1. The team is good sometimes, but not others. I wish they still had the Diamond Dancers, because they were fun to watch and made a great addition to the team, but it's still pretty fun to go.
