There was a woman at the front that was just plain rude to me
Getting the correct info from the people there was is like pulling teeth. 1st, test results will take 7 to 10 days. Call the 8th day and they said... Oh, no... it is always 10. Called the 10th day... and they asked when was the test? 10 days ago. Well, sir, that is 10 working days! Why did you not tell me that at first!! Still have not gotten the results!
Had no issues with calling in for information and the staff were knowledgeable and kind.
Very rude! Went here at 8 sat there an hour before they even called me to sign paperwork and go to the back when I got there it was just about empty. I asked could I reschedule because I didn’t wanna miss class and the lady was so rude to me so I will never go back there again.
Staff isn't too helpful and I can't get them to answer the phone.
