Ms. Donna has the best customers service ever. She is very professional and she is looking to help from ever angle. All the staff is great, but after working with her after shopping at Kay's for years I don't want to go unless she is there. Her manger Chris is also a great help as well. I can go on and on with how pleased I am and how they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. Even Chandler to worked hard to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for. I never do reviews, but I had too after dealing with such great people.
