I have used Jones Plumbing several times for routine checks and repairs on my Heat and A/C. All times have been handled professionally, quickly, and always fair on price.

Step 3...when they don't show, call them back and they will tell you tomorrow. Rinse and repeat step 3 for another day.

Have used Mr Jones numerous times and they have always been very professional. I can always count on them to come out the same day and get the job done.

Step 8...call the company owner. Explain to them what the problem is and how you've been treated and you will get an apology and told they will be back out the next day.

Step 10..when they come out this time(almost a month after the initial call) they will actually come inside to evaluate and diagnose the problem and then tell you they will be back the next day with the parts.

Step 13...repeat step 3

I don't know how they got so many good reviews on Yellow Pages but when they came to look at my A/C unit they didn't fix anything and still charged me $200+. Also make sure you have an idea of what needs and doesn't need to be replaced because they will try to sell you as much of their stuff as possible. They did come out the same day I called them though which is why this isn't a 1 star review.

Step 11..after replacing the parts they will just charge your credit card they now have on file to ensure prompt payment.

Step 7...call them the next day to tell them the issue isn't fixed. Be told see you tomorrow and repeat step 3 several times until finally you get frustrated and you let them know you're not happy with the service and you will get cursed out for free from their techs for having the nerve to complain.

Step 12...call them a few days later to tell them the problem still exists and be told they will be out the next day.

Step 9...repeat step 3

Step 15...call the BBB and advise everyone you know to avoid this company.

Step 1...call for service.

Step 5....set up a time for the repair to take place and wait for them to actually show up to do the job 10 days later.

Step 6....pay them right away as they would expect.
