Worker hooked trailer to my truck.. I did not know until after I left and it disconnected from the hitch as I was going down the highway that she did not tighten it to the ball. This resulted in the trailer fish tailing all over the road and could have resulted in a terrible accident. We rent U hauls frequently, and we will never use this location again. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this was just ridiculous. I could have connected it myself, but I assumed that since she was a trained employee and began hooking it up that she knew what she was doing.. I understand it was probably just a simple mistake, but it could have had ended very badly. Employees either need to be sure that they are going to hook the trailers up properly or leave it to the customer to do so.

You need to watch it they will rip you off they charge me twice for the same thing so watch your bank account
I reserved a truck 2 weeks before my move and received a call the evening before telling me that they didn't have my truck or any trucks for that matter. The woman offered no apologies and seemed happy to have me simply cancel the order.
