Tinseltown is in a great location. It is surrounded by many restaurants in a safe environment. I love going and watching movies in the XD theatre.
We purchased $20 tickets for Star Wars in DBOX and our interactive chairs were never turned on. The staff was of little help. Great theater and equipment. It would however be nice if the employees knew how to operate and fix equipment that's not working or just give customers refunds. If you see a DBOX movie make sure to arrive early and make sure your seat is turned on. Once the movie starts the staff seems to be helpless in turning the chairs on for customers.
Update: This movie theater has undergone a name change and major renovations. It is now named Cinemark and had luxury, leather recliner seating. For a little extra, these seats can be upgraded to D-Box which allows your seating to vibrate with the movie. Perfect for action movies.
Best theater in the Jackson metro area. The Lazy Boy type seats are awesome. Great sound system. Cheap prices before 4 pm. Great overall experience.
Although there’s great seating and great popcorn. Would it kill someone to clean up. Bottom seats where trashed when walking in to the movie.
I loved the new seating. There's so much more room in the aisle. No more awkward butt & pelvic passes in order to get to your seat. I love the fact that seats are assigned as well. The whole arrangement cuts down on a lot of confusion. Good job - Pearl!!
