My most favorite place in the world. I go here every day during the week. The Customer Service is awesome. Dawn and Lisa are the best waitress in the world. I love the coffee and the food. Nice and clean restaurant.
Specifically request food to arrive hot, even to the point of burning my mouth. Temperatures are an issue for me. Needless to say, I didn't receive HOT food as I requested. Then I requested butter for my waffle and waitress told me they were out of individual servings of it and I could have some of their cooking butter, which I was ok with until ahe saw some left over individual packs of it that a previous customer left and wanted to pass them to me. No, no, no! I really never expect 5 star quality from any waffle house establishment, but a little common sense goes a long long way.
Outstanding been here 2 night's in a row. Great food and great service. I'll be back tomorrow and as long as I'm in Jackson.
My waitress down is always very helpful and fast with my meal she is very professional and friendly I highly recommend Pearson Road Waffle House in the morning
