There’s so much I could type for days.. This location is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Let’s start with if you can get someone to pick up the phone IF!! They NEVER pick up!!One day I ordered online and needed to modify my order do you think they picked up NO!! I called for over 10 minutes I ended up calling another location to which we were told this location is notorious for not answering. The delivery man has failed to give me my drinks upon arriving to my home. I have no idea how they are able to run this business the way they have.. There’s ZERO customer service, they always say they are understaffed as to excuse the unacceptable behavior.. I tried to contact their corporate but I believe world peace will happen before I get a call back..
The pizza is good. Delivery it's terrible. Have always received Pizza beyond their estimated time and I'm less than 2 miles from there. In addition, they don't always participate with Pizza Hut's National coupons. Pick up only at this place.
Food is what you'd expect from pizza hut. Carry out only though, there no place to sit & eat. Although there is a nice park less than a mile away if you're traveling with kids.
The place has great pizza obviously but the staff leaves alot to be desired at this location. I don't blame the drivers but the ones who take and process the orders should probably re-organize their system to be more accurate and efficient but I am not an expert on pizza but I did wait 3 hours for an order that never came. However they did credit me for my troubles and apologize and act courteous so overall it's not a bad location just some nights are hectic i'm sure. Your experience may differ entirely.
