The staff is extremely rude (to us at least, not sure why, we've been nothing but polite since day 1)... and whenever my husband calls to make arrangements with them regarding anything (payments, delivery, questions about products, etc), it NEVER gets noted so he either A) never receives information and becomes frustrated and uninterested in whatever Aaron's is offering or B) gets 87 phone calls in one day (at work, AFTER HE HAS ASKED TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO NOT BE CONTACTED AT WORK... that's why they have TWO cell phone numbers on file...). This whole experience at Pearl has just been a huge headache and thank goodness it's tax season because our account will be paid off and closed. See you later, Aaron's; you will not be missed!

Its been about 6 months and I was going to use the 120 day option only to find out i wouldn't be eligible again due to the cancellation, I really hate this because i always liked doing business with these ppl.
First had to be canceled because Father died and lost income.
This place rips you off anyway they can. DO NOT SHOP WITH ARRONS!!!! I promise they will have you mad as hell by the time they are done with you. This whole company needs to be shut down. I suggest saving your money and buying whatever you need outright because you WILL pay double shopping with these ass clowns
